Maker

The ‘Maker’ folder is a dedicated folder containing logs related to providers that are configured in the XCore. These logs are essential for tracking, auditing, and understanding data flow and transactions.

Types of Logs and Overview

Within the ‘Maker’ folder, logs are categorized based on their function:

Stream Logs: These capture real-time data streams, providing a continuous record of data flow. They are essential for monitoring the Provider’s live data streaming.

Trade Logs: These record trade-related activities and are crucial for post-trade analysis, auditing, and record-keeping. A provider with several trade sessions has one folder per session: trade, trade_1, trade_2 and so on.

To access the logs:

  • Open the Log Viewer component.
  • Select the ‘Maker’ folder from the directory list.
  • Choose your preferred provider.
