MT4 Configuration Changes which require a Server Restart
The following setup changes require a restart of the MT4 server in order to become effective:
- creating a new group
- creating a new security
- creating a new symbol
- enabling a new security on a group
- changing the execution type of a security enabled on a group
- moving a user between two groups, when the user has open positions
- adding a new plugin to the MT4 server
