User Layout Access
The User Layout Access layout contains a number of components which are required in order to configure different layout templates which will be assigned to different User Groups, as well linking the XCore users to these User Group. This layouts access configuration allows to define what kind of layout templates that the XCore user will be able to view when trying to use the import functionality which presents the available predefined layouts templates to be used in the XCore.
Note: In case a user is not assigned to any layout access group would mean that during import from the predefined layouts they will not be able to view anything and will be presented with an empty box.
Note: In case a new user is created and not assigned specific layouts then the user will also be populated with predefined layouts on the left side menu of the XCore Portal.
Layout Access
The Layout Access contains the access field through which the admin user can assign the different layouts to specific User Group which was created from the Layout Access Config.

| Apply | Used to apply the settings to the system that were modified in the access field. |
| Reset | Reset/Drops the settings that were configured but not yet applied to the system in case a mistake was done during configuration or just changed the mind. |
| Top Panel | Description |
| Add | Open window pop up in order to add new line defining a layout and user group to which it will belong to. |
| Delete | Deletes fully the line of layout access configuration from the XCore. |
| Column | Description |
| Status | Indicates whether a line has been modified which would require to save a row to apply the change. |
| User Group | The name of the user group as it was configured from the Layout Access Config component in the User Group field. |
| Layout | The name of layout template, which is configure from the Template component of the Admin Client Module. |
| Instance | The XCore Portal name of the company that owns the XCore. |
Note: The fields can be updated directly from the table, by clicking on the requested cell that wish to change configuration which would require to press Apply button for the change to become active in the system.
Layout Access Config
The Layout Access Config component contains the user group field where the admin user creates a number of different groups to be used in the Layout Access and User field through which the XCore users are linked to the User Group of layouts will belong to.

User
The user fields of the Layout Access Config is used to link the XCore users with the layout user group which have been created previously.
