User
It contains the User (Instance User) component through which the Admin user can create new users, update the existing users or entirely delete them from the XCore.

| Top Panel | Description |

| Add | Will open an instance user wizard creation to specify basic user information such as First, Last name, and email. |
| Update | Will open the instance wizard on the selected user to update the first/last name if needed. Instance: Non-Editable Email: Non-Editable First Name: Editable Last Name: Editable |
| Delete | Will delete the selected user from the current XCore instance. |
| Name | Description |
| Instance | Select the instance under which you wish to create the user. (Mandatory). |
| User | Select between: New if you wish to create a new user. Existing in case you wish to create a user on a second instance for a user who already exists on another instance. |
| Email / Username | Fill out the user’s email that will be used to log in to the XCore Portal. (Mandatory). |
| First Name | Fill out the first name of the user. (Mandatory). |
| Last Name | Fill out the last name of the user. (Mandatory). |
| Created | Date of creation of the user. |
| Read Only tick box | In case the user has the tick box enabled for them, then they will have only read-only access to the module and components they have been given without the ability to edit settings or perform any actions in the XCore Portal. |
| Enable | Indication if the user has enabled their access to the XCore Portal. The user can be disabled by the Admin resulting in a denial of access to the specific XCore instance portal. |
Note: Once the XCore Admin has created the user, they will receive an automated email to set the password for the first time which will be used to log in to the XCore Portal. The automated email is valid for 72 hours. In case the user missed setting up the password, its user needs to be deleted and created again.
