To ensure optimal performance, stability, and the best experience for our clients, we carry out regular restarts and maintenance of both our Live and Demo engines. These restarts help us apply important system updates, clear temporary system cache, and maintain overall system health.

  • During this time, trading on the Live system may be temporarily unavailable. We recommend scheduling any critical trading activity outside this window.

  • Please note that there is no uptime guarantee during weekends, as system updates and engine restarts may occur at any time before the market opens. These updates are essential to ensure optimal system performance for the upcoming trading week.
